Omnira Faceshield & Accessories
Omnira faceshield & accessories
Replacement inner and outer lens covers, head harnesses, sweatbands, and faceshield components specific to the CleanAir Omnira welding helmet platform. Stocking consumables on site is the cheapest way to extend helmet service life and keep welders productive.
Common replacement parts
- Outer lens cover — clear polycarbonate protects the ADF from spatter and abrasion. Replace every 1–2 weeks of heavy welding, or when vision is compromised by pit marks.
- Inner lens cover — prevents ADF contamination from the wearer's side. Replace every 1–3 months or when scratched.
- Head harness — replaceable assembly with adjustable ratchet. Replace when ratchet fails, straps fray, or comfort padding degrades.
- Sweatband — disposable cotton or foam, replaced weekly in heavy summer use.
- PAPR hose adapter — Omnira-specific connection to CleanAir belt units.
Lens cover economics
Outer lens covers are the highest-turnover consumable. Stock 5–10 per helmet per month for heavy fabrication welders. Not changing outer covers enough leads to scratched ADFs, which are expensive to replace — the cover is a sacrificial part.
Part number compatibility
Omnira accessories are platform-specific — not interchangeable with Verus, CA-40, or YOGA welding helmets. Always confirm the part number on your helmet shell before ordering.

Standards & compliance
Replacement parts are OEM CleanAir. ADF lenses and covers are certified to AS/NZS 1338.1 and EN 379.
Frequently asked questions
How often should I replace the outer lens?
Depends on welding intensity. Heavy stick or MIG work may need weekly replacement; light TIG on clean material can stretch to monthly. Replace before vision is compromised — the cost of the lens is trivial versus the cost of a scratched ADF.
Are non-OEM lens covers acceptable?
Only if certified to AS/NZS 1338.1 for welding helmet replacement. Cheap aftermarket covers often fail UV/IR certification and can compromise ADF function.
Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?
Yes — trade accounts receive 5% off RRP. Welding-heavy shops should stock lens covers by the carton. Apply for a trade account →
