How do I get trade pricing?
Apply for a Trade Account with your ABN. Once approved, you’ll automatically see wholesale pricing (5% off RRP) when logged in. Volume buyers who order at carton quantities save even more.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $500 ship free Australia-wide. Orders under $500 have a flat rate of $28. Orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details and delivery timeframes by state.
Can I place a bulk or repeat order?
Yes. Use our Quick Order page to enter multiple SKUs and quantities at once. For large or recurring orders, request a quote and we’ll provide custom pricing.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days for unused items in original packaging. Faulty or damaged goods are replaced or refunded at no cost — just contact us within 7 days of receipt. See our Returns & Warranty page for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe, plus Stripe Link for express checkout. Approved trade accounts can apply for Purchase Order terms — contact us to enable.
Are your products AS/NZS compliant?
Yes. Every product we sell meets the relevant Australian and New Zealand safety standards. Compliance information and certifications are listed on each product page. We only source from manufacturers who meet these standards.
