We currently deliver throughout Australia. Delivery to remote areas may incur additional charges or extended timeframes.

Express delivery: 1-2 business days (where available)

Same-day delivery: Available in select metropolitan areas (conditions apply)

Delivery times are estimated at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination

Promotional free shipping may be offered from time to time at our discretion

6.4 Delivery Requirements

A signature may be required for delivery

If you are not available, the courier will leave a card with collection instructions

Delivery to a business address requires a business name and contact person

6.5 Risk and Title

Risk passes to you upon delivery

Title passes to you upon full payment

You are responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. You can track your delivery through the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.

6.7 Incorrect Delivery Address

If you provide an incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for non-delivery or misdelivery. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

7.1 Change of Mind Returns

You may return unopened products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery

A 20% restocking fee applies to all change of mind returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs

Products must be in resaleable condition

7.2 Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons: – Opened PPE items (gloves, masks, earplugs, respirators, etc.) – Items that have been used or installed – Items without original packaging – Customized or special order items

7.3 Defective or Damaged Products

Defective or damaged products may be returned within 90 days of delivery

We will provide a full refund or replacement at our discretion

We will cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged products

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery of any damage or defects

7.4 Return Process

To initiate a return: 1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return 2. Wait for return authorization (RMA number) 3. Package items securely with RMA number clearly marked 4. Ship to the address provided in your RMA 5. Retain proof of postage

7.5 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
