This reusable silicone half-face respirator kit is built for Australian worksites where airborne particulates can impact health, compliance and productivity. Supplied as a ready-to-deploy general purpose set, it includes a low-profile half mask with twin bayonet-mounted P3 carbon particulate filters to help reduce breathing resistance and support longer, more comfortable wear during physically demanding tasks.

The soft silicone face seal is designed for comfort and durability, while the fully adjustable harness helps maintain a secure fit for a wide range of users. The twin-filter configuration provides balance and a clear field of vision—ideal for work requiring situational awareness such as plant operation, shutdowns and maintenance. A valved design assists moisture and heat management to help reduce fatigue over extended shifts, supporting consistent PPE compliance.

Each kit contains the reusable half mask, two P3 carbon particulate filters, hygiene alcohol wipes and a reusable, sealable food-grade container for jobsite storage and transport. Filters have a stated shelf life of 5 years from date of manufacture when stored correctly. Fit testing is required to help ensure the respirator achieves the intended seal; facial hair can compromise performance.

Suitable for applications including silica dust, welding fume, fibreglass work, general industrial dust, mining environments and asbestos-related tasks where the correct respiratory protection is specified. For best results, replace filters when breathing resistance increases or if taste/smell is detected, and store away from contaminants, humidity (>70%) and heat (>50°C).
