Designed for demanding Australian worksites, this reusable silicone half face respirator chemical kit provides dependable respiratory protection for operators exposed to mixed gas/vapour hazards plus particulates. The low-profile, twin-filter design helps reduce breathing resistance and improves balance, supporting comfort and productivity during long shifts in construction, mining maintenance, shutdowns, fabrication and manufacturing environments.

The kit uses a secure bayonet connection for fast cartridge changes and a stable fit. A fully adjustable harness and soft silicone facepiece help achieve a reliable seal (fit testing required) while remaining easy to clean and maintain. A one-way exhalation valve helps manage heat and moisture build-up for better wearability in hot or high-output tasks.

Supplied with ABEK1 gas filters and P2 prefilters, this combination is suited to a broad range of common workplace contaminants, including organic vapours (boiling point >65°C), inorganic gases (excluding carbon monoxide), acid gases and ammonia/amine derivatives, plus both mechanically and thermally generated particulates at P2 efficiency. Replace filters when you detect taste/odour, or when breathing resistance increases.

For cost-efficient asset control, the kit includes hygiene wipes and a reusable, sealable, food-grade storage container to help protect components between uses (store filters dry, away from contaminants, high humidity >70% and temperatures >50°C).
