This reusable half-face respirator kit is designed for Australian construction, mining and manufacturing teams needing reliable respiratory protection against a broad range of chemical gases/vapours and particulates. The silicone facepiece supports a secure, comfortable fit for extended wear, while the bayonet connection enables fast, confident filter changes to keep crews productive during shutdowns, maintenance and coating work.

Supplied as a complete boxed kit, it includes a half-face respirator, two ABEK1 gas filters, two P2 prefilters and hygiene alcohol wipes, all housed in a reusable, sealable, food-grade storage container to help protect components between tasks. The ABEK filtration profile is suited to common industrial hazards including organic vapours and a range of inorganic and acid gases, plus ammonia and derivatives. The P2 prefilters add particulate protection for mechanically and thermally generated particulates typically encountered on sites.

A valve-equipped design helps reduce heat and moisture build-up, supporting wearer comfort and consistent use. Fit testing is required to ensure an effective seal—especially important in high-risk environments and where compliance is audited. For cost efficiency, the reusable facepiece and replaceable filters support a lower whole-of-life cost compared to disposable alternatives.

Storage guidance: store filters dry and away from contaminants; avoid humidity above 70% and temperatures above 50°C; keep out of direct sunlight. After use, return filters to original packaging or a hermetic bag (do not store filters long-term inside the container or hermetic bag).
