Silicone Half Mask Respirator – Small

Built for demanding Australian construction, mining and manufacturing environments, this reusable silicone half mask respirator (Small) delivers a dependable seal, day-long comfort and low ongoing operating costs. The soft silicone facepiece helps reduce pressure points during extended wear, while the exhalation valve supports easier breathing and moisture management to help keep teams productive across hot, high-output tasks.

The bayonet connection system enables fast, secure attachment of compatible gas/vapour cartridges and particulate filters, allowing you to configure protection to suit site hazards. Fit testing is required, supporting tight compliance with respiratory programs and helping ensure each worker achieves the correct seal.

Designed for repeat use, the mask body can be cleaned and maintained with readily available spare parts, extending service life and improving cost efficiency for fleet purchasing. Use with compatible A1 organic vapour cartridges, ABEK gas cartridges, P2 prefilters, or P3 carbon particulate filters (selected according to the known contaminants and risk assessment).

Storage guidance: store filters in a dry area away from contaminants; avoid high humidity (>70%) and temperatures above 50°C; keep out of direct sunlight. After use, return filters to their original packaging or a hermetic bag (do not store filters long-term in a hermetic container).

Important: facial hair can compromise seal. Replace filters when taste/smell is detected or breathing resistance increases. Ensure adequate oxygen levels and suitability for the application before use.
