The UniMask faceshield with single strap harness is a lightweight powered air respirator (PAPR) facepiece option engineered for high-risk Australian worksites where respiratory and face protection must work together without compromising comfort or visibility. Designed for demanding construction, mining maintenance, and industrial manufacturing tasks, it delivers high-level breathing protection while supporting clear communication and all-day wearability.

Featuring the highest PAPR protection class TH3 with a Nominal Protection Factor (NPF) of 500, this faceshield helps reduce exposure to airborne particulates when used as part of a compatible PAPR system. An enhanced inner airflow regulation design improves wearer comfort and can assist productivity by reducing heat build-up and fogging commonly experienced during extended shifts.

The polycarbonate visor provides excellent optical quality to EN 166 class 1, supporting precision work while maintaining robust impact resistance. The visor includes anti-fog and anti-scratch coatings to minimise downtime and replacement costs. Maintenance is streamlined: the visor can be removed and refitted using two locking knobs, while the face seal uses a fast click-in system for quick change-outs and cleaning. Face seal options include neoprene or 3D polyamide knit to suit site preferences and comfort requirements.
