Designed for demanding Australian worksites, this pressure conditioner with portable stand delivers clean, regulated compressed air to support continuous airline respiratory protection in construction, mining and manufacturing. The system features a high-capacity combined filter that removes solid particles, oil mist and unpleasant odours commonly found in compressed air distribution networks—helping ensure breathing air quality meets the requirements of EN 12021.

With a high airflow range of 160–400 L/min and a wide inlet operating pressure of 300–1000 kPa, it supports stable air delivery for improved wearer comfort and reduced fatigue over long shifts. A built-in low-pressure warning alerts users if inlet pressure drops below the minimum operating threshold, supporting proactive safety management and reducing downtime from unexpected air supply issues.

The unit includes two outlets, allowing sufficient filtered air supply for two workers simultaneously—a practical way to improve productivity and reduce total cost of ownership on multi-operator tasks such as blasting support, paint prep, chemical handling and maintenance shutdowns. Connections are compatible with commonly used couplings (RECTUS 25/26 and CEJN 320), simplifying integration with existing compressed air infrastructure.
