E-PRO 2 Arc Flash Protective Helmet with Integrated Visor and Protective Chinguard

Designed for high-risk electrical work in construction, mining and industrial maintenance, the E-PRO 2 arc flash protective helmet combines head, face and lower-face coverage in a single, streamlined system. The integrated retractable visor helps eliminate the bulk and snag points of traditional add-on faceshields, supporting safer movement and better task visibility on site.

The 2.3mm visor is impact rated to level B and includes anti-fog and anti-scratch protection to maintain clear vision in hot, humid or dusty conditions—reducing stoppages caused by visor misting or surface damage. A dual-position locking mechanism allows the visor to be secured when deployed or stowed, helping workers transition between tasks without removing their helmet.

For fit and stability, the helmet features an adjustable ratchet system and adjustable headband, plus a 4-point adjustable chinstrap system to keep the helmet secure during climbing, machinery access and confined-area work. Extended coverage is engineered to increase lateral protection around the ears, chin, and the front and sides of the neck for more comprehensive protection in arc flash scenarios.

A protective textile chinguard with a nylon skeleton structure and fire-retardant fabric provides additional lower-face protection, while the replaceable sweatband improves hygiene and extends service life—supporting cost efficiency across multi-user and long-shift operations. Built with a PC/ABS shell and foam liner construction, it balances durability with lightweight comfort for all-day wear.
