Dustlight Mini – Personal Dust Monitor

The Dustlight Mini Personal Dust Monitor is a compact, hand-held particulate matter analyser built for Australian worksites where airborne dust can change quickly—construction, mining operations, workshops and manufacturing plants. It provides continuous, real-time visibility of respirable dust and particulate fractions (PM1, PM2.5 and PM10) to help teams act early, improve controls and reduce exposure risk.

A highly visible three-colour “traffic light” indicator (green/yellow/red) can be seen from multiple angles, backed by a colour LCD showing live readings and averaged values. Visual alerts are supported by an optional 85 dB audible alarm and app notifications. The default warning behaviour is aligned to workplace dust limit guidance (red at 1250 μg/m³ and yellow at 10% by default), and thresholds can be adjusted in the companion app to suit your site requirements.

Bluetooth connectivity enables fast access to stored historical readings, trend graphs and CSV export for internal reporting, toolbox talks and verification of control effectiveness (e.g., local extraction, water suppression, housekeeping or PPE selection). A modular Click Fast mounting interface makes it easy to wear on belts, straps or workwear so it stays close to the breathing zone.

Designed for demanding industrial environments, the Dustlight Mini uses a laser-based photometric method and protective mechanisms (including a filtered air curtain) to help maintain sensor performance.
