Designed for high-mobility fall arrest tasks, this heavy-duty double (twin leg) elasticated shock-absorbing lanyard helps keep workers continuously connected while moving across structures. The 2m twin-leg configuration supports efficient progression on scaffolds, roof lines, plant, and structural steel, reducing the need to disconnect and reattach as frequently—supporting productivity without compromising safety.
The integrated shock absorber is positioned at the harness end to limit peak arrest forces to 6kN in the event of a fall. Elasticated 44mm high-strength tubular polyester webbing shortens when relaxed to minimise snag risk and trip hazards, while extending during movement for improved reach and comfort. Abrasion-resistant loop-end covers help protect webbing from wear at connection points, supporting longer service life and lower replacement costs in demanding construction, mining, and manufacturing environments.
For secure connections, the lanyard is fitted with double-action locking connectors: a snaphook and a scaffold hook (both rated to 16kN) to support confident attachment to anchorage and structural members. Suitable for one person plus tools with a working capacity range of 60–140kg, and intended for use in fall arrest situations connected to the front or rear harness attachment point, maintaining attachment while maximising free fall to 2m.
Use only with compatible connectors and anchorage arrangements, and always follow site procedures and inspection requirements.
