COMBI Flip-up Welding Helmet with Auto-Darkening Filter 5-8/9-14

Designed for high-output welding environments across construction, mining maintenance and heavy manufacturing, this flip-up welding helmet combines a large clear grinding visor with an advanced auto-darkening welding filter (ADF) and integrated air distribution for use with powered air systems. The flip-up front delivers faster changeovers between welding and grinding/inspection, helping reduce downtime and improve job flow on site.

The ADF provides variable shade selection 5–8 and 9–14 with a light state of shade 3, supporting common welding processes including MIG/MAG, SMAW, TIG, plasma arc welding/cutting, carbon arc gouging and gas welding/cutting. With permanent UV/IR protection to shade 14 and a rapid switching time of 0.15 ms (light-to-dark), it helps protect eyes and face from arc radiation, hot sparks and spatter while maintaining clear visibility. True-colour viewing and four sensors support stable darkening in demanding working positions.

Built for comfort and reliability, the helmet features automatic power management (auto ON/OFF), solar assist with replaceable CR2450 battery, and a QuickLOCK™ hose connection for fast attachment to compatible powered air purifying respirators or supplied-air systems. Robust materials and replaceable visors/plates support lower lifetime costs and simplified maintenance programs across fleets.
