This powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR) belt unit kit is built for demanding Australian construction, mining and manufacturing environments where consistent respiratory protection supports productivity and compliance. The compact, lightweight blower unit delivers adjustable airflow across five levels (170–240 lpm) to suit different tasks, headtops and wearer preference.

A smart Flow Control system actively maintains constant airflow even as the filter loads or the battery charge drops—helping reduce downtime, improve comfort and support reliable protection across a shift. The integrated LED control panel uses a simple one-button operation, making it quick to check status and change settings with gloved hands.

For added safety, the unit includes audiovisual and vibrating alarms, with clear indication of filter clogging and battery level. The kit is supplied ready to deploy with a P3 particle filter and prefilter to help extend main filter life and reduce ongoing operating costs. The click-lock system enables fast attachment of the filter cover for streamlined servicing in the workshop or on site.
