Do I need a trade account to order?

No — anyone can order as a retail customer at RRP. Trade accounts give 5% off RRP, bulk-price breaks at carton and pallet quantities, and optional credit terms. Right for businesses ordering regularly, running PPE programs, or placing bulk orders.

Are products AS/NZS certified?

Every certified line has its standard and classification shown on the product page (e.g. AS/NZS 1337.1 for safety eyewear, AS/NZS 2210.3 for safety boots). Where no Australian standard exists we cite the international equivalent (EN, ANSI). Test certificates available on request.

How fast do orders ship?
